Finding the Way Back Home… To You.

Deep, lasting shifts aren't curated in fifty minutes.

A private, individually curated therapeutic intensive. A step up in commitment and presence. A deeper level of healing.
A Creative, Collaborative Process

As Uniquely Yours as Your Own Thumbprint.

After collaborating with you during our initial session, I take great time, intention, and skill in developing your unique intensive, which may include anything from EMDR to Clinical Hypnotherapy and experiential work. Your experience is curated every step of the way to allow for meaningful, sustainable shifts in your life that you desire.

Private Pay

I do not accept health insurance. Because every intensive is individually curated, the investment depends on the format and length we design together — discussed openly during your consultation.

How It Works

Five Steps to Your Day.

01

We have a 5–10 minute phone consultation.

02

We meet for an initial 50-minute session, in person or virtual.

03

We schedule, handle payment, and I begin the process of mapping your unique intensive.

04

We collaborate throughout the process. (I will likely send an assignment for you to complete beforehand.)

05

We meet in my office and facilitate your healing journey.

How We Close

Upon closing your process and completing your intensive, you will leave with a clearly mapped path forward. The materials created for your unique process are yours to take with you.

I may encourage you to schedule a 50-minute follow-up session to check in after the intensive, make any adjustments, and anchor back into the work if needed.

The Case for the Day

The Deepest Work Rarely Happens in Fifty-Minute Increments.

In truth, once someone settles into my couch, presses pause on life and takes some deep breaths, catches me up on the past two weeks and is ready to get into some work — time's up. This is not easy work. We are mapping our way back to the truest part of you; we are asking you to heal deep wounds and move through life in a new way. In my experience, that kind of job is not easily done within the confines of 1:00–1:50 pm every other Tuesday.

Clients seek therapy earnest in their desire to do the work, brave in their willingness to be vulnerable, excited by the momentum of a healing journey. Insight and awareness are gained, a new framework is formed — but then a work crisis or family trip happens, and before you know it it's been a year and we're still just talking about your life in a therapeutic way, but not actually living it. The plan is prepared, but not executed.

The goal of this work is embodiment: living the insight. As I often tell my clients, the therapy isn't the hour in my office; it's all the hours in between, when you're practicing.

That isn't a failure of the client or the therapy — it's how nervous systems work. The body opens on its own timeline, not the clock's.

"We establish safety once, and then we stay. Hours in the depth instead of minutes — and the day ends with a landing, not a door closing at the fifty-minute mark." The Case for the Day

Coming Back Home to Each Other

A Six-Hour Couples Intensive

One focused day to step out of the cycle, and back toward each other. You leave with a shared language, a way to repair, and a clearer path forward.

The Shape of the Day

A sample intensive schedule and timeline.

10:30
Arriving & settling in

We begin by slowing down and creating safety. A few simple ground rules and some quiet breathing together, so the real work has somewhere steady to land.

11:15
Understanding your nervous systems

Most conflict is not a character problem. It is two nervous systems reacting, and you will learn how you set each other off without meaning to.

12:00
Listening to the body

Before words, the body already knows. A short somatic practice helps you feel what you have been carrying, and turn toward each other from a calmer place.

12:30
Lunch

A real pause to rest and reset.

1:15
The cycle you keep landing in

We map the dance you fall into, the roles and the moves and the moment it tips, without blame, and find the way each of you can step out of it.

2:00
The wounds beneath the pattern

The heart of the day. Each of you traces today's reactions back to where they began, and sees your partner with new eyes.

2:45
A short break

Time to breathe.

3:00
Being truly seen

With care and structure, you each share what usually stays hidden, and are met rather than judged. This is often where something between you begins to shift.

3:45
Coming home

We move from insight to action. Clear requests, real commitments, and a closing that ends not with what is broken, but with what is true between you.

The Map: Separation
Coming Apart Whole
Conscious Closure Session for Separating Couples

Ending a relationship without destroying each other or yourselves. The day opens slowly — settling both nervous systems before any hard conversation begins, because nothing honest gets said from a defended body. From there we name what actually happened, each of you owning your part without the courtroom dynamic: no prosecuting, no defending. There is structured space to grieve — the relationship, the future you planned, the shape of family that's changing. The day ends facing forward: agreements, boundaries, and the language you'll both use with the people who love you, so the story each of you carries out is one you can live beside. You leave separately — and whole.

The Map: Pre-Commitment
The Alignment Session
Pre-Commitment Couples Intensive

Before the vows, the merge, or the ring: get underneath the assumptions. We begin with each of your maps — the family you come from, the model of love you absorbed, the wounds you carry in the door — because every marriage is two histories learning to live together. Then the terrain nobody brings up on date night: money, roles, children, faith, conflict, in-laws. Not a quiz — a guided, honest walk through the places couples most often collide, while the stakes are still low. You leave with your agreements in writing, a shared language for conflict, and a clear-eyed yes.

The Map: Betrayal
Into the Light
Affair Recovery Intensive

Affairs thrive in darkness — they require secrecy. Putting light on it brings the data to the surface: what was happening in the relationship before the affair began, and the wounded parts that got lost along the way. The affair partner is almost always a direct mirror of where the unmet needs are in the primary relationship. The day is structured so truth-telling doesn't become another wound: we regulate first, then work in contained rounds — questions, full answers, and the feelings underneath each. We map what the relationship looked like in the seasons before the affair — not to excuse anything, but because that data is where repair actually lives. The betrayed partner's pain is treated as trauma, not oversensitivity. The day closes with boundaries, clean asks, and the structure for the six months ahead; the two follow-up sessions hold the repair as it's tested by real life.

Requirements to BeginThe affair is fully ended, with clear uncoupling from the affair partner. No escape hatches open. Six months fully committed and monogamous, working together authentically to deepen connection and meet previously unmet needs.

The Map: Addiction
Truth and Repair
For Couples Rebuilding After the Trauma of Addiction

Addiction runs on secrecy, and so does the damage it leaves. The day moves in two tracks that finally meet: the recovery itself — what happened, what's changed, what safeguards exist now — and the betrayal wounds of the partner who lived alongside the lies, treated as real trauma with its own timeline. We regulate first, always, because none of this can be heard from a defended body. Then structured truth-telling, accountability without groveling or attack, and the difference between trust and blind faith — what rebuilt trust actually looks like, measured in behavior over time. You leave with agreements, early-warning language, and a repair plan that doesn't depend on promises alone.

The Map: Co-Parenting
Both Parents in the Home
Co-Parenting Intensive

The fight about bedtime is almost never about bedtime. The first part of the day finds where each parenting position actually comes from — usually the childhood each of you lived, repeated or corrected. Then the practical build: the handful of decisions you keep colliding on, negotiated one at a time into a single approach you both actually believe in. You leave with your agreements written down, a way to disagree in front of the kids without undermining each other, and the experience — maybe for the first time in a while — of being on the same team.

The Map: Co-Parenting
Parents in Separate Homes
Co-Parenting Intensive

This is not couples therapy, and it isn't a re-litigation of the relationship — the day is structured specifically to keep old dynamics from hijacking it. We build the operating agreement: how information moves between homes, what gets decided together and what doesn't, how transitions work for the kids, and what happens when one of you drops the ball. Triangulation comes off the table — the kids stop being messengers, buffers, or go-betweens. You leave with communication rules in writing and a working relationship that asks nothing of you except that you both love the same children.

The Map: Masculine & Feminine
The Balance of Us
Relationship Roles and Polarity Intensive

Every relationship runs on an energetic division of labor — who leads, who holds, who initiates, who tends — and when the roles you're living don't match the ones that actually fit you, resentment moves in and attraction moves out. The day starts by mapping the current arrangement honestly: who is carrying what, what each of you took on by default rather than by choice, and what it's costing. Then the realignment: what each of you needs to hand back, take up, and receive. This isn't about prescribed roles — it's about the polarity that fits the two people actually in the room. You leave with the trades made explicit and a way to notice the drift before it hardens.

The Map: Family
The Family Map
Family Connection Intensive

Every family runs on a map nobody drew on purpose. The day begins with everyone's version of it — because each member is living in a slightly different house, and seeing that is half the work. In structured rounds, every voice lands, including the quiet one. We look at the roles nobody chose — the fixer, the ghost, the lightning rod — and the patterns that keep everyone stuck, then rebuild agreements, repair language the family will actually use, and a way of talking that survives contact with a regular Tuesday night. Families leave as a team, holding a shared map.

The Map: Adolescence
Finding North
Teen Intensive, With or Without Parents

The first hour belongs entirely to the teen — no agenda, no reporting back, real confidentiality within safety limits named out loud at the start. Extended time matters most here: the guard a weekly hour never gets past has room to come down. The work meets them where they are — pressure, identity, anxiety, the mask — in their language, not clinical language. When parents join, the segments are structured: the teen is heard first, parents respond second, repair is coached in the room. Parents leave with tools; the teen leaves known.

Requirements to BeginA screening consultation comes first, so the format fits the kid.

The Map: Shame and the Self-Image
Making Peace with the Mirror
Body Image Intensive

The relationship with the mirror was learned somewhere — a comment, a comparison, a family, a culture — and it protects something even as it punishes. The half-day moves at the body's pace: regulation and safety first, because shame can't be worked with while it's flooding the system. Then the origin work — where the distortion began and what it has been protecting you from — followed by building a different relationship with your body: not forced positivity, but accuracy and compassion where there has been distortion and attack. This intensive works alongside ongoing care, not in place of it.

The Map: Anxiety and Control
Steady in the Room
Social Anxiety, Perfectionism and Control Intensive

Anxiety and control are the same system wearing two outfits: the watched-and-judged feeling in the room, and the impossible standards that promise safety if you can just be perfect enough. We start in the body — where the alarm lives, what sets it off, how to bring it down in real time — because no insight lands while the system is firing. Then the origin work: where the vigilance started and what it was protecting. From a regulated state, the deeper questions open: what the standards protect, what they cost, and what enough feels like in the body. You leave with a working alarm-response practice and rehearsed, steady presence for the rooms that scare you.

The Map: Trauma
EMDR Trauma Intensive
Screening Session Required First

EMDR helps the brain finish processing what got frozen at the time of the event — so the memory can become something that happened, instead of something that keeps happening. In the intensive format, the preparation, processing, and closure that normally stretch across months of weekly sessions happen inside one contained arc, with resourcing and regulation built into both ends of the day.

Requirements to BeginA screening session comes first: intensive-format EMDR is powerful and isn't right for every history, so we make sure it's right for yours.

The Map: Abundance
The Lack Story
Money and Scarcity Intensive

Money stories are inherited like eye color — scarcity, secrecy, shame, the feast-and-famine cycle — and financial insecurity lives in the nervous system long after the bank balance changes. The half-day traces your money story to its origins: what your family taught you about worth, enough, and safety, and the beliefs still running your decisions from underneath. Then the rewrite — from the wound up, not the budget down: a different relationship with earning, spending, holding, and receiving. This is not financial planning; it's the work that makes financial planning finally stick.

The Map: Recovery
My Recovery Blueprint
Unique Recovery Plan, Post Addiction Treatment

Generic aftercare plans fail because they're written in someone else's language. The Blueprint session builds yours: your actual warning signs in your words, the specific tools that work for your body, your people, your non-negotiables, your plan for the moments the old story comes calling. Built with you, not for you — and you leave holding it in print: a personalized operating system for the life after treatment, designed to pair with the transition out of structured care.
