Rates, Payments, and Superbills
Session cost: $200 per 50 minute session
Accepted forms of payment: We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and checks. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Superbills for insurance reimbursement: If you plan to request out-of-network reimbursement from your insurance, we can provide a superbill upon request after payment is received. Superbills include the necessary information (provider credentials, CPT codes, diagnosis codes, dates of service, and fees) for you to submit to your insurer. Coverage and reimbursement amounts vary by plan and are determined by your insurance company. We recommend verifying your out-of-network mental health benefits and submission requirements with your insurer before your first appointment.
24‑Hour Cancellation : Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations or missed appointments made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will be charged the full session rate. This fee applies to in-person, phone, and telehealth appointments. Exceptions may be made in cases of emergency or extraordinary circumstances at the clinician’s discretion; documentation may be requested. Charges for late cancellations or no‑shows will be billed to the client and are the client’s responsibility.
